Relax in our beautiful, luxury cottages
Whether you’re relaxing on a Spa Day, Spa Break or holidaying with us, we offer four traditional Sussex-style, luxury cottages, each with its own individual style. The cottages form a pleasant quadrangle, with a Banbury fountain as the centrepiece.
All of the cottages have an open plan lounge and kitchen, vaulted ceilings and oak beams throughout. Every lounge features a log-burning stove that creates a cosy atmosphere on a chilly evening or a winter’s day.
All bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, and most of the cottages have a sofa bed in the lounge area to provide additional sleeping.

Our Four Cottages
East Barn
East Barn forms the first floor of an oak framed Sussex-style barn. Its light and airy lounge has doors leading to a balcony that overlooks the charming courtyard area.
East Barn offers two double bedrooms and additional sleeping on a double sofa bed in the lounge area.
The fully equipped kitchen boasts handmade oak units and granite work surfaces. It includes a ceramic hob, double oven, coffee maker, microwave and dishwasher.
The master bedroom, with en-suite bathroom, has double aspect windows with views over the courtyard and farm. The second bedroom, with an en-suite shower room, offers twin beds or when zipped together, creates a super-king sized bed.
Additionally the cottage has a DVD player and an iPod docking station with digital radio, a Freesat television in each room, and access to WIFI broadband. All guests have access to a communal laundry room with two washing machines and two tumble driers. Freezer space is available on request.

The use of a cottage is included in the price of your experience and you do not need to book here. You will be allocated a cottage on arrival.
Hire of cottage
We require a 25% deposit at time of booking and the remaining balance is due two weeks before arrival.
Our initial rates are based on the persons occupying the bedrooms. If the sofa bed is occupied then an extra linen charge of £50 will apply.
How to select availability and make a booking

IMPORTANT: Please note, on this website we only take whole week bookings for one or two weeks that start on either a Friday or Saturday. If you would like to book other periods of time or stay on a short break, please call us on 01580 830622.
