Swimming Pool
Our indoor swimming pool is housed in an oak-framed barn. It is 10M in length and 1.5M deep throughout. The water is heated by our ground source heat pump to approximately 32 degrees all year round.
Plunge Pool
Our circular plunge pool is positioned at the foot of the swimming pool. It features a seat around the whole circumference. Ideal for relaxing in its calm water.
Jacuzzi
Relax and unwind in our hot tub. On a sunny day, open the patio doors and enjoy the breeze and views of the surrounding area. The Jacuzzi has two jet settings and seats up to six persons.

Treatment rooms
Our new and purpose-built treatment rooms offer an amazingly calm and tranquil environment where you can easily drift away. Our rooms feature special low lighting, soft scents and tranquil music. The interior design offers a twist of creativity with beautiful soft coloured furnishings, quirky light fittings, mirrors and bowls.
Dedicated manicure and
pedicure stations
We have created unique and special areas to have your hands and feet pampered. Relax in exceptionally comfortable and supportive chairs and rest your feet on soft foot cushions. Whilst being pampered, why not kick back and enjoy a Prosecco, wine or juice from our well-stocked fridge.

Pool Patio
Relax on sun loungers on our poolside patio. Open the glass doors to connect to the pool and take a dip now and then. Sit around the table to enjoy some drinks or lunch.
The Courtyard
The Courtyard is a central point to the spa and our luxury cottages. Featuring a Bambury fountain, it is the perfect place to relax outside your dwelling.
Alfresco Dining
Enjoy lunch, afternoon tea, dinner or breakfast either on your dedicated cottage patio or at the poolside. Both areas make for an ambient atmosphere in sun or shade.

Function room
For larger groups, whether your part of a work team, a Christmas party, a girl’s night, a birthday celebration or just looking to get away with family and friends, you can enjoy your lunch in our new luxury function room. Use of the room is free with your spa day or spa break package.
The room seats up to 14 persons.
Walks from your door step
Take a stroll or more invigorating walk directly from the farm, without the need to drive to a location. Wander across fields and explore the woods that back on to the farm. We are also located close to many nature trails, National Trust and Foresty Commision sites. Bodiam Castle, Scotney Castle and Bedgebury Pinetum to name a few.
Take a short walk to our lake where you can relax in total harmony. It attracts much natural wildlife and many birds. The lilies in summer time are simply stunning. It’s the perfect place to have some downtime and recharge your batteries.
Fishing at our lake
Enjoy the tranquility of a fishing experience at our two well-stocked natural lakes. Mirror Carp and Tench are amongst some of the fish you may find. Take a picnic to the lake and enjoy the peaceful environment.
Farming Experiences
Experience life on the farm by joining our team for a day or two. Choose to feed and care for the animals, assist at lambing season, wind wool after sheep sheering and help make hay. An ideal, rural busman’s holiday!
